Sewer lines -S35 PVC or Sch 40?

We are in the process of installing new sewers and waters lines after removing an old laundry and garage area. The challenge comes with the sewer lines.

The park has clay sewer lines and we did a large tree removal project. This part of the project is to upgrade the front of the park and to allow for longer homes due to the removal of the garage area. The SCH 40 and the s35 sewer pipes decision is the big question. The S 35 (2729 pipe) is thinner with gaskets compared to sch 40 that is typically used in stick built homes. Looking for guidance from park owners who can provide the needed insight.

I recommend you reach out to a couple local licensed plumbers for quotes and ask them to include the pipe material they plan to use in the quote. There is likely a local plumbing code that dictates which pipe materials are approved in your area. Different pipe materials are usually specified for the service lines vs. the sewer main.

As an experienced plumber and pipe fitter, I have only ever used bell and spigot pvc lines underground be it water or sewer. If sched 40 is available bell and spigot I would use the heavier.
