Assuming your park has 1 tank per mobile home, how often do you have to pump out the tanks? Also, what is the typical cost to pump out a tank?Thanks in advance for the information.
Tanks on a single home are usually pumped every 5 years depending on the number of occupants in the home.My park has 5 homes per tank and I-2 persons per home. I pump once a year which is prudent as far as preventative maintenance is concerned.I pump 6 tanks of 2000 gal each and pay $1300- $1500 for all 6 tanks once per year. If I were you I would spread the cost by pumping 1/5 of the tanks each year.
