I just bought a park that has several propane tanks in the ground. Each home has a meter that I read and bill tenants monthly for. Anyone else out there have a system similar to this? In my other parks, each home has their own tanks that they are responsible for. I would prefer to get out of the propane selling business
I’ve not had that situation, but I’d consider just installing a tank for each house and telling tenants to take care of it themselves. Of course, if gas is available, it would be better to switch to that.
