Selling a Mobile Home Park

I just closed on a 54 lot park in Alabama and I am looking to purchase bigger parks going forward. Last year I purchased a 20 lot park that had 14 lots occupied in Georgia in the Warner Robbins/ Macon Metro area. We got it to 17 occupied lots and raised the rents a little bit. This was a great park to learn from as it is all tenant owned homes, directly billed all public utilities, and low maintenance with a lot of low-income housing demand in the area. However, I am looking to move on to bigger parks and sell this one. Does anyone have a broker recommendation to use to sell this park? Would it make sense to use a broker to sell a park this small?
