I own a RV Park in Golden Valley, AZ about 90mins from Las Vegas. Currently we have built out the infrastructure for 14 spaces and have fully approved permits for the other 13 spaces.
Currently the park has 5 tenants residing and 11 are available for rent.
I am an out of state owner or I should say out of country (living in Germany ATM) and would like to sell the park. If anyone is interested feel free to DM and we can discuss details. There is a seller note that is available to assume.
