I’ve got a 71 unit, some positives some negatives. I make a living, but there’s not a lot of margin for error. The park has three years left on the depreciation and conservatively 600K in equity. Am I spinning my wheels here? Should I have sold already, be selling now or sitting tight? I fear there wont be anything to buy on the other side. I’m a bit old school, I can remember when Heller ruled the world.
