I know that places like 21st Mortgage and groups of investors buy mobile home loans on trailers packaged by an individual (original seller).
But has anyone ever sold a Seller Financed Note for an entire park or know a pe firm, group or person that might be interested in buying something like that?
Yes, seller-financed notes for entire mobile home parks can be sold. Target PE firms or investors specializing in “alternative assets” like real estate notes.
