Folks,
I am looking into two small Self Storage Facilities in PA. My question deals with capacity of an area for SSF. In the determining a locations potential capacity for Storage Space needs, the formula of Per Capita x 5. Is the Per Capita the same as or similar to net average income per person in an area? I am having a hard time determining this. Any websites that would be good for this would be appreciated. Thanks!
