I have a MHP with some empty lots. Is there a way to get a tax free advantage buying used MH’s for reselling on a Rent2own basis in my Park with self directed IRA money or Roth IRA’s? …or if it’s not allowed to make that kind of investment with those IRA’s, is there another tactic that is permissable?
