Seeking partner for Texas MHP

Hello! I am looking for an active partner to acquire and run a MHP, ideally in Texas but open to other states. I just attended Frank’s Master Class last month at his home.

I am an experienced real estate investor with an MBA having done SFR flips, long term rentals, STR/Vacation rentals, land investments and deals abroad as well. I am now focused on Mobile Home Parks looking for value add opportunities with a 5-7 year turnaround timeline.

I have a good amount of capital to invest and am looking for an active partner who is also experienced in real estate and willing to put up some skin in the game (financially).
