Most of the mobile home park brokers, cover the whole country or at least many states. You really do not need to find one in Pennsylvania if you are looking at a park in Philadelphia. However, Buddy Martin with KW Commercial happens to be based in Philadelphia, but they currently have listings from Florida to New York to Minnesota and everywhere in between.
They do a lot of work in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Also, as you do your research, you will find there is one man whose last name starts with a P, who owns many properties in eastern Pennsylvania. I can’t recall his name, but as you do your research, you will come across him.
