I was wondering if anyone knows what I could do, would an Ownership Affidavit of Fact help me out here ? I have the bill of sale, sellers copy of their SOL, and tax payments that I’ve made since 2022. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Walk all your documents into the assessors office or whoever that is there. Ask them to mail the seller a document (completed) for his signature. If they can’t handle it, you know the next step is Lawyerville.
