My company owns a twenty-plus unit mobile home park in Central Florida. Currently, all of the homes are park owned. I am thinking about selling some of those homes. They do need a lot of fixing up. I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share what type of contract they use? I want to encourage them to fix the place up but discourage or prohibit them from ever possibly moving them. We’ve owned the park for about six months now so any other advice about selling park-owned homes would be appreciated.
