I’m looking at a 46 space MHP that has 45 mobile home pads and 1 RV pad. What should the RV pad be valued at when evaluating a MHP to buy? Thanks for the help
Depends on the income of the pad- and how the expenses are passed through.
We have three RV sites in our park of 140 and they pay the same lot rent as everyone else.
