I’m buying my first MHP. Anyone have any existing rules and regulations contracts that you wouldn’t mind sharing? I’m also looking for a good month to month contract. Thanks in advance!
Join your state MHA - they usually have forms galore, which are also compliant with state laws. The MHU Home Study Course also has forms.
This is totally dependent on your state.
