We own two parks with a total of 237 lots. In the past we have allowed tenants to have yard sales in their yard and in front of their home. It was never a problem as only a few tenants would occasionally want to have a yard sale.
But now, many more tenants are having yard sales and are having them every weekend, it seems. Some of them have bought tents to put up over their sales.
We like to keep the park clean and neat. These yard sales are an eyesore and the increased traffic may bother some neighbors.
