Just had a new home delivered to my park. Had a checklist of everything needed to be done including setup, stairbuilder, utility hookups, health dept. inspection but didnt even think of access. It has been a long time since homes were moved into my park. Since then the trees have grown and the street has a shallow ditch on each side. The truck could not make the turn without hitting a tree or going into the ditch. We solved the problem by filling in part of the ditch and laying planks. It cost me $90 in tips so i guess i got off easy. Access will be the first thing i look at in the future.
