Roof replacement costs for A 14X70 in Mid west

I need to tear and provide new roof on 14x70 1989 home. I got a quote for 6,450 from my rehabber.

What are your costs for tear and replace roofing on a home of similar size and age in Mid West?

I spent $4500 in 2024 in Ohio.

We have installed new metal corrugated panels over existing shingles roofs. It is a nice fast solution.

We charge around $6,000 all included.

Our clients are very happy with the results. That way, their POHs look very good and more secure for their tenants.
