I need to have a bathroom in a 70’s single wide redone, including removal of a walk in tub and installation of an accessible shower. How much should I expect to pay, and best way to find a contractor who works on mobile homes?
There is such a wide range out there. Get a couple contractors out (which means calling 10-20+ if you can’t get referrals from folks in the park, because many won’t take the job). Random un licensed/insured guy in the park would probably do it for a couple grand. Real contractor you could easily be looking at 5-10,000.
