Can anyone give me some details on the best way to repair flooring in older MH’s. I have some that the mgt company did not fix leaks on time, didn’t repair. Floors are soft in places, new onsite manager/maintenance said he went under the homes and found that most of the underfloor has fallen out. The material used was pressboard/fibre board for previous repairs. Can you give us any helpful tips on how to cost effectively repair these units so they can be in use for a long time to come. I am finding that having offsite professional management in place is not always the best thing.
