RentRedi.com - Anyone using it for their MHP?

We’re looking at RentRedi.com, among others, for property management of mobilehome parks. Is anyone using it?

Or, another software you recommend, like RentRoom or Buildium or Yardi?

We need:

  1. Way to pay in cash (like PayNearMe), as well as ACH
  2. Easy to input the 150 monthly water bills (meter read amount, amount due, surcharge, so 450 total pieces of information)

Also nice would be ability to text from computer. But if it doesn’t include that, we’ll use Twilio or similar.

I use Buildium but do not have meter inputs so can’t speak to that…. The texting is great (computer or the app). I want to say rent manager has a good meter input system but have never used it

I use Rent Manager with Zego.

I’ve been using rentredi. It’s been ok.
