I’ve had snowbirds ask about renting a lot but I’ve always turned them away because I wasn’t allowed to do so in the past. Now I want them and have to figure out how to attract them. Does anyone rent to snowbirds in the midwest or northeast? Any suggestions as to how to attract them and how to keep them happy? Also, what about their home in winter? Do they typically leave it until next season? What would you charge them for leaving it on a site?
