I know some of you use Park Sidekick and others use Rent Manager. Would like to hear some specific reasons why you like one over the other, and price compare. Some of our issues are: Restricted access for park managers, how well does it handle park owned homes, utility billing, writing checks using the paper check blanks from Quickbooks.
Also, we will need remote access from various parks. I know Rent Manager has an online version but I think it is pricey and I know Park Sidekick advertises remote access. Has anyone tried to set up Rent Manager with remote access similar to the way Park side Kick does it so you don’t have to buy the online version of Rent Manager?
