This question would be poised to Brad and any other Kentucky park owners. i have recently purchased a park in Northern kentucky and when I talked to a local attorney to look at my leases he told me this area is not friendly with rent to own stating that the courts would say you have to give them their money back they had paid toward the trailer in the case of eviction or relocating. can someone give me some direction or advise in ths arwea?
