Rent Rolls?

What are you guys using in your parks for rent rolls to best track monthly paid & late rents on a regular basis?  Quickbooks?  Simple spreadsheets on excel?  Check sheet?  Love to hear your feedback.   Awesome forum! 

We use a combination of a simple excel occupancy ‘pro forma’ map so we can forecast what to expect, then we use ‘Park Sidekick’ to show the real numbers etc… Sidekick also has a map- that changes color to show who is current, late and delinquent. We use the excel spreadsheet because not everyone in our meetings reads the rent roll all that well, and with excel we can also show things of graphs… Sidekick is a one time purchase program, not monthly or annual. It also now supports tracking notes on your homes…
