Rent increase in Texas

Hello. I’ve owned my park in Texas for a little over a year now and will be sending out a rent increase notice soon. It seems like only a 30 day notice is required to let tenants know that a rent increase is coming. From what I’ve researched, it doesn’t look like a signature is required. I think I would like to have everyone sign it though. I’ve asked for guidance from TMHA on this, but I haven’t heard back. Any Texas park owners out there willing to share the rent increase notification they use and provide any tips or mistakes I should avoid?
