Refinancing Park Recommendations

Does anyone recommend an organization that they recommend for obtaining a refinance on a MHP?

If so, did they give you a fair valuation of your property value? Thanks!

If the financer feels that the park is financeable, they will probably hire an appraisal company to value your park and will base their decision to finance or not (and the refinance amount) on their valuation. You will pay for that.

What size and expected value of the park? Will determine whether you go local banks or with a broker.

It really depends on the size and value of your park. If it’s a smaller park, local banks might be your best bet, as they understand the area. For larger parks, a broker can help you find better financing options. Have you considered reaching out to both for comparisons?
