I want to find what mhps actually sell for. When I want to buy or sell real estate that is not a mhp, I can go to realter.com or zillow and search recently sold properties. All I can find for mhps is the mobile home park store or CRE sites that show stupid expensive mhps that have been on the market for a long time.
Tax Assessor’s Office I would think.
