I would just like to second what Lonnie has said, when I first read Deals on Wheels I immediately reread it a second time and really studied and thought about what I was reading. I can tell you this, if you read, study, and apply what Lonnie has penned on paper it really works.
I was so afraid to go out and actually do the first deal that I followed what Lonnie outlined in his book to the letter and 45 Lonnie deals and a mobile home park later I can testify that it works.
So take the time to study and absorb the information you have purchased, and then step outside your comfort zone and go do a deal.
