Question is, Why Wouldn’t You Want to Rent Homes? It is a simple philosophy to get really rich:
Find out what they want
Go get it
Give it to them
We have found many times rentals are better. The ‘I’m buyin’ this trailer’ people paint (messily of course), steal the fridge, tear out walls, etc - but the renter wants their deposit back.
Do we let just anyone in? No. Landlord references are heavily weighted on our approval forms, as is income.
Think first before turning down money to your company.
