No, we’re not seeing that in our markets. Either you have extremely aggressive land developers in Maine, or really rich trailer park customers, as the cost to move the home and set it and install water, sewer, electric and gas on the lot would be prohibitive in most markets. The only way that land/home [the technical name for it] worked back in the early 2000’s was with extremely bad lending – putting $60,000 loans on singlewides with a piece of worthless dirt out in the middle of nowhere. The losses were so severe that the whole land/home business immediately died and has never risen again.
