I am out of the SFH biz for now…life just isn’t good any more when you can’t sleep at night! Seriously!!
Then I found “commercial real estate” and “economies of scale” and totally had my ah-ha moment! It feels strange that I feel safer owning an apartment building with 50 units than a SFH rental, but I do.
I don’t even remember now how I skipped past apartment investing and on to MHP’s. It’s just so much cooler-- you have the economies of scale deal and no late night calls to fix nothin! (Or rarely) At least not inside their place.
Good to know that it’s a cake walk compared to singles…just fear of the unknown.
