Now you see why I like the “Greeter” system. It only took a few of these events to totally lose confidence in my Managers – and even question why I was wasting my time interfacing with them. I found that managing them was harder than managing my awful tenants, probably because the managers were supposed to be on MY team – but they never were. If a manager has that bad a decision making process that they would quit their job over having a bad day, what will they do in a real emergency when their decision may have enormous liability on you? That’s why I got rid of them, and have never regretted it.
