What do you view as the optimal ratio of single wide homes versus double wide homes in a higher-end park? We’re working on an expansion project and are trying to fit in as many lots as possible, with the goal to at least be able to place double wides on the main intersections and entrances. I’ve heard banks prefer 20% of homes as double wides, is this consistent with you’re experiences? I imagine most institutional investors would prefer at least this % of double’s. Our goal is to raise the profile of this park to 3.5 - 4 stars.
