In the process of working on a deal to buy a park.The lot rents are 100 and I want to go up to 150.Is there any law in Texas that keeps you from raising rent that much at one time?
Not that I’m aware of. My personal record is jumping from $100 to $275 at one time. But you might want to check with the Texas Manufactured Housing Association – as well as on-line – to see if the rules have changed.
