**I’m under contract on a park and started doing my due diligence. When i contacted the city regarding permits and zoining they emailed me the below : I want to just make sure if i’m ok with this as this is my first park and I’m just bit nervous on these issues . any advice is really appreciated . ****

Certificate of occupancy is issued for new buildings & is from the Building Dept. You may need a change of ownership/change of tenant if you are purchasing, this is from the Building Dept as well:"
