Hi all - I have a question on a 34-space park I’m buying that has a small building on site w/a 2-stall bathroom & 1 W/D for the tenants. The water has been turned off to these facilities due to tenant abuse (and has been closed & locked up for quite some time), and on a master meter so all cost was going to the owner - not good.
