In an earlier topic, your equation for bringing in homes: lot rent x12 x net income % x 10= at or more the cost of the home

My numbers are 125x12x.80X10=12,000 so I am losing when i bring in a $14,000 repo (unit, moving, setup, skirting, stairs)

but haven’t I just increased the value of my park by $12,000 when that home is sold and occupied?

Also, I will be collecting interest on the unit since its owner finance, should that also be calculated?
