I have a 76 space Park under contract on city water and city sewer. All utilities are sub-metered. I am going to have an electrician and a plumber check out the utilities. What are the specific items that I should ask them to check and what are problems that I am asking them to be looking for? Approximately what should I be paying for each of the services?
