I’ve been doing some rehabbing of mobiles and have been thinking about putting together a small crew to free up time to hunt down new deals. Besides being dependable, what other qualifications should I be looking for?
I’ve been finding that I’m able to include my rehab costs in with the purchase price before doubling it for a sale price, has any one else tried this?
