What are some ways to protect above ground utilities, on vacant lots, from getting damaged?
For example: Someone running into them with their vehicle.
I have an insulated wooden box I put over the stubs and a couple of the orange snow plow markers. Usually not in areas that they’d be hit, unless it’s a real freak accident.
