First I have to say this is a fantastic forum and I have learned a great deal from the posts. Thanks for making it such an invaluable resource.
I established a self directed IRA to invest in real estate and have decided that mobile hope parks is the way to go. One concern I have is finding a non-recourse lender, familiar with SDIRAs that would be willing to finance a MHP investment. I would appreciate any advice or lender referrals.
