Hi all, we have a current 30 lot mhp in Bonifay that is
being managed by a RE agent. She takes 10% of income and 1/2 of 1st months rent.
She has here own repair team that is used to fix thing in the park and prices seem reasonable but
she has no concept of expenses and I def question her overall abilities as a multifamily manager. Her organization is poor and does not comply very with our procedures and guidance. I dont think she does it on purpose but just how she is.
I am looking at other options for management. Park is located in low socio economic area and none of the tenants are to up to the help we need. We have found it rather difficult to find a local helper or repair men so we could being the mangement in house through us.
Anyone care to chime in on here fees compared to local comps?
Any ideas on locating a local assistant?
Our closest asset manager is a bit to far away to takeover for her.
