My name is Michael and I reside in Houston, TX. I lead the Mobile Home Focus Group for the R.I.C.H. Real Estate Investment Club of Houston. The largest city based realty investment group in America.
Anyhow that does not make me special or unique. I am done buying any more mobile homes and I am taking my momentum and drive and looking to acquire my first Park.
Where do you go for Private money? 1031 Exchanges? Etc. I have a few good ideas but I am not solid on how to get started with this.
