I have a loan on a mobile home with land that has come due for the 3 year balloon. The bank doesn’t seem to be to interested in continuing with this note (loan officer I dealt with before is gone) so I was hoping that I might could find a private investor to take over it. This is a 1998 double wide with .37 acres of land. The amount now due is about $20K. This is in south east Georgia. This is one of 5 rentals I own.
