Some of you may remember me from the Anaheim Summit or the Dever Boot Camp. My name is Dave VerSluis, and my company (Sierra Consultants) operates water and wastewater systems in MHP’s here in MI, and we do environmental consulting and private utility consulting throughout the US for MHPs.
One of our parks here in MI is in receivership, and there are several others heading to the auction block. If anyone is interested, email me. I think the opportunities are that these were probably financially mismanaged.
Also I may be interested in getting into the MHP business, if the situation is right.
