Population of Community for Parks Important?


Just wondering if buying a park in a very small town (15,000 pop) about an hour and a half from a large population (100,000) with not much in between is a wise thing to do???

How many parks are there in the community? What is the average occupancy in the park that you would like to buy and the competitive parks?

What is the major industry? Are there multiple large employers?

How far are you from the park? How big is the park?

I would not be gun shy on a mobile home park in a town of 15,000. Please provide me more detail on the above questions and we can strategize :slight_smile:
