What is your process of approval, prior to move-in consideration. Do you use a national company for background checks,etc. My park is in eastern Ohio,near Pa border. Trying to avoid the deadbeats,drug users,sex offenders. Would like to have retired sunday school teachers, hard working middle aged dual income couples w/pride of ownership. Would’nt life be grand…anyhow… back .to reality…your thoughts and ideas.
