Anyone ever hear of a situation where a county doesn’t require a specific permit or license for a MHP?
We are looking at a park where the seller - who’s owned the park for over 20 years - claims that the county
only requires a general business license and an annual inspection from the Health Dept and from the Fire Dept.
Is this possible?
