Sometimes when rehabbing a home, the cabinet is structurally ok, but the woodgrain colored paper has peeled. Any tricks out there to address this problem without replacing the cabinet doors?

spray on a coat of Kilz primer, then a coat of glossy white cabinet type acrylic latex. If countertops are delaminating: nail dura rock over and lay ceramic/granite tile, use a wood or aluminum edging…low buck - big improvement.
